2. Borrowing Period & Method

3. Graduating Class Group Borrowing (By Department/Graduate Institute)

• Students must submit individual applications in the system.
• The graduating class representative will aggregate the information, verify the quantities, and submit them to the Property Management Section for review.
• Once approved, collect the regalia according to the notified pickup schedule.

Pickup Method: Pay the cleaning fee at the automatic payment machine, then present the payment receipt and student ID to the Property Management Section for collection (Group).

4. Graduating Student Individual Borrowing

• Once approved, collect according to the notified time.

5. Alumni Borrowing

• Applications open 2 weeks prior to the annual university commencement ceremony.
• Submit an application in the system.
• The borrowing period is 14 calendar days.
• Once approved, process according to the notified time.

Pickup Method: Pay the cleaning fee at the automatic payment machine and the deposit at the Cashier Section, then bring the payment receipt and personal ID to the Property Management Section for collection. (Alumni rental and return are handled exclusively at the Xinyi Campus)

6. Important Notes

• Rental services are suspended outside of designated announcement periods.
• Borrowed academic regalia must be properly taken care of. In case of damage or loss upon return, compensation shall be paid according to the table below.

1. Graduating Students

• For group borrowing, return individually.
• Please complete the return procedure at the Property Management Section before July 15 of each academic year (postponed by one day if it falls on a weekend, holiday, or Wednesday during university summer hours); for overdue returns, a fee of NT$50 per day will be charged, capped at the original purchase cost.
• If you are unable to return it in person, you may assign a proxy or return it by post/mail within the specified timeframe (based on postmark date). • Postage costs shall be borne by the borrower. Please enclose an A4 paper stating your "Department/Graduate Institute, Student ID, Name, and Phone Number" along with the complete set of regalia (including cap, tassel, gown, bachelor's stole, or master's/doctoral hood).
• Return schedules for the Shuang-Ho Campus will be announced separately.

2. Alumni

• Please return the regalia before the designated deadline. For overdue returns, an overdue fee of NT$50 per day will be charged, capped at the original purchase cost.
• When returning, please bring the deposit receipt for a full, interest-free refund.
• Please complete the return in person or authorize a proxy. Return by mail is NOT accepted.
