. Organization
  • Office of General Affairs is divided into 5 divisions as below:
  1. Division of General Affairs:

    Responsible for communal facilities maintaining, environment cleaning, purchasing, keeping campus safe, operator, parking and vehicle  management, venue decorating and supporting for activities relevant to the entire campus.

  2. Division of Document:

    Responsible for document (including official document and letters) receiving, dispatching, register and filed, official document typing and issued also other relevant work deal with official document.

  3. Division of Cashier:

    Responsible for cashier, signing and paying bill, account management, tax declaring, buying and selling stock, fund dispatching and regulating, etc.

  4. Division of Custody:

    Responsible for confirmation, classification, registration and scraping of school properties with labeling and assembling.  

  5. Division of Construction:

    Responsible for construction of school building, facility repair, air conditioner maintenance, water resource and electricity maintenance and natural calamity damage prevention.
